Jamaican Bobsled

This photo was taken in the Omega Curve at the 1988 Calgary Olympics.

It was taken about 1 second before they slid down and finished the race

on their left side.  Note the positions of the sliders.  The Russians beat the

U.S. team by 0.02 seconds for third place. When I took the photo I remember

thinking all the other sleds were going down in this curve and they were still heading up.
